Identifying & Removing Scams

Context: I developed this course after reviewing the Learning Business Partner's design document. Once I provided feedback, I began development in Xyleme (LCMS platform).

Purpose: This course supports WhatsApp agents whose job it is to process daily scam-related tickets. Their job is to ensure WhatsApp is a safe, secure, and reliable platform for personal and business-related use.

Context: I used real-world ticket UIs to curate scenario-based knowledge checks throughout the course.

Gamification: Detective Challenge

The course concludes with a multi-level assessment, where learners take on the role of a detective. By accurately answering a series of questions, they earn badges and progress to the next stage, advancing their investigation.

 

Context: I utilized MetaMate (Facebook AI tool) to help design this activity. After uploading the design document and refining the suggestions, the Detective Challenge was ready for development.
