REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS
The USPTO Reasonable Accommodation course provides career support for new and current USPTO supervisors. Upon completion of this course, supervisors will be able to explain that reasonable accommodations are a cooperative, interactive process between the individual with a disability and the USPTO. Furthermore, supervisors will be able to demonstrate how to process requests for a reasonable accommodation and, where required by law, provide reasonable accommodations in a prompt, fair, and efficient manner.
The development of this course series included three new asynchronous eLearning modules, and a cumulative, graded quiz for each.
