Scenario 1 Example: Real-world, NVTI, scenarios were built using Powtoon throughout the course. This increases learner engagement as well as bring a level of authenticity to the issues NVTI agents will face while on the job.

The development of this course series included six new courses and asynchronous eLearning modules. This course was a blend of both self-paced and VILT.

I curated drag and drop interactive elements in Storyline to increase learner engagement.

Context: Learners participated in the Adobe Connect tool working in groups to find solutions to a topic related to their day-to-day tasks as a NVTI agent.

 

Task: I designed this exercise and solicited the SME to provide the topics needed for each group.

Context: The course culminated into a capstone exercise that participants completed in a shared Community of Practice.

Directions Summary: Participants work individually, choosing a scenario and completing a worksheet to be uploaded by the last day of class.

Purpose Summary: The Capstone Exercise helps develop career goals and plans with veterans, preparing for a debrief and collaboration opportunity.
